Psychic Foods is a mediative installation that illustrates the intimate relationship between our food and our mind through the physiology of the brain and the body.

The table acts as a space on which the links and the reactions between the body and the food are staged. It can be read as a scientific diagram, an anatomic model or simply as an epicurian celebration of food. Psychic food was modelled after scientific and dissective knowledge but it tends toward an intimate, sensorial and introspective understanding of the body. The project also contains preparatory works that were a key to understanding and modulate this knowledge.
This work was my DSAA Graduation Project at the Ecole Duperré in 2021.
